Board Change (July 2018 #2)

The Boards of UK Asset Resolution Ltd, Bradford & Bingley plc and NRAM Ltd announce the appointment of Holger Vieten as a Non-Executive Director of each Company, with immediate effect. Mr Vieten has been appointed by UK Government Investments Ltd (“UKGI”) to manage HM Government’s shareholdings in the aforementioned companies and replaces Mr Peter Norton who, as previously announced, stepped down from the Board on 3 July 2018.
